We worked together on lots of web build projects before our founder and main brain, Aaron Jack, thought, “There must be an easier way to manage web builds”.
He scoured around for a web build management tool that would help us make builds easier, cheaper and slicker.
When he couldn’t find it, he built it himself. We loved it so much we decided we couldn’t keep it to ourselves.
Slick Duck was hatched.

A rag-tag band of nerds making project managing web builds easy as pie!
Father of three boys and all-round good egg, Aaron has been building websites and web apps his whole career. He has been running and growing web design agencies Prblm and Tiny Rockets since 2016. He constantly comes up with new ideas, makes amazing music and plays basketball.
Hannah has been managing digital marketing agency, GrowTraffic with Rachel and Dalley since 2017. Aaron and Hannah met through networking and quickly started working together on web builds. It’s this experience together that led to Slick Duck. She has 2 daughters, loves a crossword, and plays netball in her spare time
Rachel is Hannah’s sister. She started out writing great copy at GrowTraffic (amongst other things, like running it on her own). Now she is responsible for sales, so she is selling new websites all day long. She knows what the clients want. She has a son and a gazillion animals, but horses are her one true love.
Dave is an experienced product manager who has launched custom hardware and software into the UK multiple times over. His skills in IT and Excel are awe inspiring and he can turn his hand to pretty much anything. He is a gardening nerd and talks about compost more than anyone should.
Dalley is Rachel’s husband. He founded GrowTraffic in 2009 and has seen it go through many iterations, but has always focused it on the core business of SEO and websites. He has been both the client and the supplier in this world, heading up marketing for some of the UK’s biggest brands. He dedicates his free time to his men’s mental health charity, The Lets Talk Project, and likes to think about animal husbandry when he has 5 minutes (no, we don’t understand either).
